MICHELLE WOLZ
SVP, Director of Consumer Banking
As director of consumer banking, Michelle Wolz provides strategic guidance and principled leadership to the retail branch network, digital banking, contact center, consumer lending, private banking and residential lending production departments across all markets.
Michelle was instrumental in tailoring the bank’s customer experience throughout the branch network, and she led the realignment of the contact center and branches to streamline ownership and accountability. She advanced the consumer digital banking channel to increase engagement across online account opening and service delivery touchpoints. Retail training was reimagined under her leadership to successfully reduce branch turnover and increase knowledge concepts.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Newman University and is on track to complete the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2026. In 2024, she was a member of the Wichita Business Journal Emerging Leaders cohort.
Her community support includes serving on the boards of the Wichita Metro Crime Commission and W – A Community of Young Professionals.
