Known issue - Online Banking Access Codes via Text
We are currently experiencing issues with customers receiving their Secure Access Code (SAC) via text messaging when attempting to log into online banking. We are working diligently to restore this service and apologize for any inconvenience.
Customers are able to select the option to receive this code via a phone call in lieu of a text.
